2016-2018 Cooperation with Viking river cruises as a fully F&B consultancy with position of Chef experience officer.
Assisted them with pre- opening operations, designed outlet concept along with menus for each season, provided kitchen staff training courses for Rhine line during 2016.
In 2017, this consulting project has expanded to both the Rhine line cruises and the Danube line cruises.
